Something's Coming
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
Welcome to your new job at [Insert Tech Company]. Complete tasks, talk to coworkers, and buy donuts.
Something’s Coming is a game about working in a toxic office environment, while a giant looming timer counts down to the end of the world in the background. But don't let that stop you from doing your office work!
This game was my Integrated Design & Media Master's Thesis Project. It was originally intended to be played in VR, but was later ported to PC and Mac.

I like the 'odd' look and feel of this game.
But I felt it was a bit disjointed. You are let loose chatting to whoever you want but some answers seem to rely on what others have said (usually ones next to them).
Initially I didn't realise the characters had more to say than the first 'page' and I just moved onto the next one (some of the text doesn't fit too). On subsequent playthroughs I did find this and it was nice that they had more to say in light of what happens.
The ten minute limit wasn't really long enough to wander around and chat/see everything.
There didn't seem to be any penalty for not keeping the objects 'going'?
Is there a 'good' ending?
As a 'test' it is a great start.
Thanks for sharing.
